Wilson Creak currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within one working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, severe weather or bank holidays.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us through the Wilson Creak contact page with your order number. We will investigate the issue and help arrange the appropriate resolution.
